The location of this hostel is a major advantage, as it is close to the Central Train station and the tram stops. In addition, there is a tourist bus that stops at all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The WiFi at the hostel is unreliable as it only worked for a few days during a six-day stay.

reception staff are all very nice!! very friendly, smily, and helpful. when i needed some information, they checked it on the internet for quick.(even the information was on the wall, they explained)
one bed was not made.(looked messy) so, when i went back to room late at night, one lady was sleeping on my bed. (i did my bed making in that morning.i think it was better than that messy bed.) i had to sleep that messy bed that night...but staff apologized and gave me new sheet. so my feeling was fine!

Good location within 10mins walk to centre station also there is a tram stop 2mins walk from the hostel. Room is clean and quite. Good facilities and polite staffs.
only blankets on beds that would make you feel cold at night. You have to bring your own towels.

My romantic escape was amazing! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the city's main attractions within walking distance. The hostel was very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The free wifi was a plus, and we appreciated the abundance of phone charging plugs. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were also a great way to start our day.
The noise from the other guests could be a bit loud at times, but it didn't ruin our experience. The only other issue was with the laundry service.

Staff was helpful, location was ok: near tram station with direct tram to city centre and walking distance from some reasonably priced restaurants. Room was quite large.
Breakfast was indeed morning snack (toast + jelly) as shown on Booked.net. During booking some errors were made (first booking didnt come through, later a no-show mail was received), staff was very friendly and fixed this though.

Great location: on a quiet street but convenient to go to everywhere. I booked a double room with a private bathroom, which is the largest I've ever had in a hotel/hostel!
1. It's a bit difficult to enjoy the free wifi there as I needed to change the configuration of the interface card of my netbook, which I luckily got help from another guest. I'm afraid the staff couldn't help you much if English or Polish isn't the language used in your computer. 2. The lights in the bathroom automatically switch off when the sensor can't detect anything in a certain area. It can be a trouble.
